Making a Purchase

Purchasing spare parts from our website is straightforward. Simply browse our catalogue and add the desired items to your basket. Once you have completed your selection, proceed to checkout where you will be asked to provide the necessary details to complete your order.

Returning customers can log in to their account, while new customers will need to register.

Cancellation by Us

If your order is cancelled, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund within 30 days. No additional compensation will be payable.

Delivery

Postage & Handling

Back Orders

If an item is out of stock, it may be placed on back order. This will be indicated in your basket.

Warranty & Guarantee

All parts are supplied with a 3-month manufacturer’s warranty, applicable to domestic use only.

If a product develops a fault within the warranty period, we will replace it free of charge and arrange delivery of the replacement.

This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
